python3-pexpect software package provides Python 3 module for automating interactive applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-pexpect
python3-pexpect is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-pexpect package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-pexpect *
You will get with python3-pexpect package name, version, architecture and description in a table
